Working as part of an IDEO team to prototype a new business experience at Crowne Plaza hotels I developed a suite of applications. A menu app that allowed guests to order food, a meeting-room booking platform - allowing guests to book rooms for a scheduled time, a marketplace payment system - integrating with a bespoke payment API provided by Square for the project - allowing guests to self-checkout snacks and drinks, and last but not least - an app that responded to a button press in the meeting places that allowed guests to order coffee or beer.
